Is possible to create own expansion and let print it in DVGIOCHI

Hi all.

Has someone some experience with this. I, my friend and own BANG comunity want to create own expansion for BANG!.

Do you know, if is possible?

I know creation of one expansion is expensive. Cost of image, cost of print and license, and ect. It will take too long to finish it (2 years, 2014).

If was possible, we will need to save some money for it (more then 1 000 Euro) .

We have some ideas for card, mechanic, characters.

I have found some posts online with precise instructions to print it and have a proffesional result.
It is in Spanish so maybe it is no very useful for you, because you are Czech, however I can try to find it again and send you a link.

I have seen your face around Czech forums and I need to ask you to translate me The Valley of Shadows because I do not understand anything and it costs me a lot to write and understand it with google translator.

Please.
